With a single 2 pood kettlebell: This will be scaled to a 20kg or 25 kg DB for the TGU and OHS.

I have been enjoying the key lime pie from http://stevepaleo.blogspot.com over the past two days and am addicted. Highly recommend.

Today's workout was a no-go. I hurt my neck doing Muscle Ups in the warm up and started doing some OHS and began to get a bad headache. Had to pull the pin on today.

Back on the mainsite for this 3 day cycle to do the three hero workouts from last week. 

I Depart for LA on July 10 so this blog will be a training/activity log to keep me honest as I travel the globe. Before I leave I have set myself 3 goals. Deadlift 165kg (done), 40 Pullups unbroken and a sub 4 minute "Fran".
