3 x 3 Front Squat at 80kg to wake the legs up.

60m Sprint - replaced in selected movements by 10-1 Burpees due to locale.

Was sucking in the big ones! 

Butterfly practice. New best 15 unbroken. Felt good. 
Big going away night out tonight and best mate Nick's Bday. Fun times.
